Orders

Do I need a customer account to order?

You can of course order from us as a guest. However, a user account makes it easier for you to place your next order. Since all important, necessary data is already stored.

What happens after my order?

After we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive a notification as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Is an order change or cancellation possible?

If you want to change a product or add an additional product, you are welcome to email us at info@homedefence-24.com.

Please note that we try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. As soon as the order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, cancellation is not possible.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We ship our goods via DHL. We choose the right shipping service provider for you, so that you receive your products reliably and as quickly as possible!

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to Germany, the EU and worldwide as long as shipping is available from our service provider DHL. In individual cases

How long does it take to receive my package?

We make every effort to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Your order will usually be processed within 48 hours and handed over to the shipping service provider. With high order volumes and in individual cases, this can of course take a little longer.

The actual delivery time after delivery to the shipping service provider varies depending on the region / country. Therefore it can take from 2 to 60 days.

Can I track an order?

After processing your order, you will receive a shipment tracking in your shipping confirmation.

My package has not arrived. What now?

If shipping takes an unusually long time or other problems arise, please send an email to info@homedefence-24.com. We will get in touch with you promptly.

The wrong item was ordered. What now?

You are welcome to contact us by email "info@homedefence-24.com" and we will have your order corrected.

I don't like the article. Return possible?

Yes, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. Please send us a declaration of revocation by email to info@homedefence-24.com.

I received a faulty item or incomplete order, who do I contact?

If your product is not in perfect condition or your order has arrived incomplete. Then please send us an email, preferably with photos, to info@homedefence-24.com. We will then be happy to help you further.

When can I expect a refund?

The refund is usually made promptly after confirmation of receipt of the return. If this refund does not take place within 7 working days, please contact us by email.
